This is a page for all the Columbus Blue Jackets accomplishing major feats for the organization or just being at the
right place at the right time! Currently there have not been many players honored since we have not yet completed a season
but since I've built it, they will come.

The Daigle Award:
This award is presented to the first pick in the Columbus Blue Jackets rich history. Peter Forsberg was Columbus'
first preference and thus, they drafted him 2nd overall. Sadly, because of uncertainty with Forsberg's committment to
the North-American game, GM Elco DeBoer traded him to the Blues. Regardless, Forsberg is still a fan-favorite in Columbus
and will be treated to a ceremony when the Blues come to Columbus in the upcoming season.
